it has been 3 years + since i first joined L&C, law firm (nama sebenar di initial-kan)...there were ups and downs...well, not among the colleagues nor the bosses...but the clients and so on...there are only 3 staffs here including me...so you can imagine our work commitments...when dealing with conveyancing matters, we have to update our clients almost every weeks! especially with banking documentations...i've been given the responsibility to do loan documentation since november last year...and up until now, not even 1 settle! this is not because of me, but due to the slow progress of the project and my works had been dragged up till today...sigh...it stresses me out every effing day! but i don't care, so long as i finish it up and go home happily...lol...my bosses are very flexible, they understand the situations...that is why...we have our company trips!! lunches and dinners! and celebrations!!

and not forgetting the wandarpul bonusss!! >_______<

recently we visited singapore! for 5 days! we even stayed at the most luxurious hotel in singapore!! the marina bay sands! and yes! i was a paris hilton for 2 days! oink oink!

all photos were uploaded to my fb profile...so malas wanna post it here...mind you...it was all paid trip by the company!! so siok!

so next trip there was a rumour saying we are going to O to the A...J to the N!! but it is not confirm yet...but for sure next year trip ting tong...T to the N! hua hua hua...

and my bos told me that i had to go to singapore for a day trip next month, this is not for hu ha...work matters though...well, i am a nominee for NT title land somewhere up to the tip of borneo, so the owners wanted to meet up with their trusted nominee (kavagu dau!) ahh, i hope i do get the chance to visit bugis street...i miss shopping there...*crossing fingers*...

this is the longest occupation i ever had since the previous ones...and i am speechless! 3 years is effing long!(for me)

salary wise, i am still able to bring foods to the table, though it is tough, i have no choice...being the sole breadwinner, i must always stay healthy...anddddddd AWESOME AND GORGEOUS! lol! what does gorgeous has anything to do with my profession? wtfish! ohh yeah, i met a lot of handsome rich clients almost every week!! LOL!

willow is 15 months old...
i am officially 27 years old...
i am back to my pre-pregnancy weight...(hooraay! 45kg!)
salary increment! (woohoo! + monthly commissions! hooraayyy!)
willow started day care...
i have ipad2! (yay)
i don't have iphone4! (damn)
busy with office works...documents, bills, clients, phone calls! (f#ck!)
mummy is coming home for good in november...(happy! but i am worry abt my kgs later)
visited singapore...(f*ck! sabah should become an independent country and follow suit singapore!)
started my k drama addiction again...(bought 3 dvds drama pack 3 days in a row, only slept for 2 / 3 hours for the whole holiday weeks ago)
i have a nephew named Luke Mason...
paid up half of my visa's debt...but i started to swipe on it again...(demnit!)
i've self learned how to sew...(thanks to tutorials!)
i am still breastfeeding my 15 months old daughter...proud? yes i am!

and no i am not planning to have a 2nd child so soon...you can ask me back after 5 years...thank you!

have you ever feel regret? I believe we all did aye? This is a cute Regret story by a 13 years old boy...short story only...

After the passing of our Grandad...one of my aunt came up to my 13 years old cousin and asked him...

Aunt: Apa yang paling ko menyesal masa Akung masi hidup?

Cousin: Sia menyesal bah aunty, itu hari Akung suru sia tidur sama2 dia...tapi suda dia tidur, sia kluar la...sia menyesal betul.

Cute huh? Well, I found it interesting for a 13 years old boy know the meaning of Regret! As for us Adults, do we ever felt any Regret that we never done with our love ones who was not here anymore with us forever?

It really made a big hole in my heart that I too feel the Regrets...things that I never able to do with my Akung when he was still alive...the biggest was...

Always Procrastinate (yeah, I love to use this word nowadays!) to buy him breakfast every Saturdays and Sundays! Because during my childhood days, he bought me breakfast every mornings before sending me off to school...*sigh*...But, I did managed to bring him for dinner whenever he called up that he wanted to dine out somewhere...

So, from that moment of his passing, I promised to myself, that after this...I will bring my Tua (Grandma) for breakfast after she "graduates" from her Pantang...

Life goes on...leave all the burdens behind...it shall never be thought again...He is in God's Kingdom...there shall never be pain and sorrow...

errr...I don't know what to write this post...

But I wanted to blog about this...."As A Woman, is it Necessary to put on Make-up"

For me, Yes and No...lol...

Why?

Yes, to look elegant and confident! Apart from looking Pretty and Beautiful (sama la ba tu kan?)...the Gorgeous appearance will make people (mostly men) going 'WOW'! But that depends on how you apply make-up on your face...some women do look Awesomely Gorgeous with make-up, some don't...and again, it depends on how you apply it...(get what I meant?) Some goes "terlebih suda!"....and will make that particular woman look "errrkkk!!!" and also depends on what occasion...

No, before I was married, I don't really fancy to put on make-up, but I bought lots of make-up accessories!! Maybe ada yg expired suda tu tau..hmm...(I'll show you later my make up bag!) And IF the "put on make-up" mode comes, then I'll put on some natural make-up on...And NOW that I am married and a mom, I don't even have time to put on simple make-up if we are going out! *gosh* Even brush my hair pun no time! Lucky my Lil-Bro permed my hair, No need to brush! lol...My basic facial care is, Cleanser-Toner and I just recently bought Moisturizer (after a Year!) AND it has been yonks since I last visited YinYin! My last facial treatment was 2009, and that was a week before my wedding day!! arrgghh!! AND NO! I don't blame married life and motherhood! It just me...yeah....procrastinating! Okay, back to the make-up...I don't really think that putting on Make-up is a must thing to do for some woman...some women are born with beautiful skin and no need add-ons! Like me (bukan perasan ahh), I was born with fair skin with no blemishes (adalah sikit blackheads), and DH said, I don't need to waste money to buy all those expensive skin care etc, because DH doesn't like it when I put on make-up...He said "Lain sya nampak kau pakai make-up, mcm org tua!" WTH! So, I only "make myself beautiful" every time I go to work...and itupun sometimes DH will say, "pakai tu yg di bulu mata sj (mascara), tia payah pakai di pipi (blusher)!"

But If I have enough time to pakai mekup, I'll apply eye shadow, foundation, mineral powder, blusher, mascara and lip gloss...itupun if sempat lah...pakai anting2 lagi...ngeee...

Lama lagi but I want to plan early...because we are on a tight budget at the moment! So me and DH wanted to celebrate it as simple as it can be...I want a more relax and fun theme...because Willow still can't remember anything if we celebrate it extra vaganza! right?

I've been thinking to make all DIY!

CupCakes! I bake sometimes, but I fail with the frosting part...but I will try my best!

Will buy 1 birthday cake for photo taking...and bake simple butter cake for guests...(tamaha kan)

Food...simple one...I went to my boss's open house during CNY...and the food was amazing...simple and delicious! Will ask him later if he catered it or home cook... :)

Games/activities for the kids! Too many ideas online...will sort it out later...

Venue will be at my Mom's house....because I feel at "home" and easy for me to bake the cakes and prepare the foods...

My Beloved Akung...

passed away on the 21st March 2011 @ 2215hrs at QEH...he has been sick for quite awhile...but his conditions worsened in February this year...he is a strong man, even though he is sick, he still can to drive to Donggongon every morning to buy his Newspaper and meeting up with his friends while enjoying his kopi-o...

I wanted to blog more about him...but I will do it soon...there were a lot of memories of him when I was growing up...because he played the father-roll to me...he was the one who will fetch us from school, and drop us at school (yeah! and it was really early in the wee morning! 5.30am!)

Our Dear Akung...You will Be Missed....

Edited and continued as @ 29th March 2011... Our Akung... He would bring us the cucu(s) to Donggongon coffee shop ~ Nam Pang for breakfast...my favourite is Milo Panas and Pau! I remember there was 1 time (not 1 only but almost every morning breaky), my Akung has finished his kopi-o, and I was so afraid because my drink still full glass and I can't drink it fast because it was steaming hot! My Akung is a type of person who wants to go fast, if lambat, tinggal! So I was struggling to finish my hot milo! When my akung saw my struggle, he taught me how to drink the hot milo...by pouring the milo into the saucer provided, and drink from the saucer...in seconds, I finished my milo... He would dropped us at school as early as 5am or 530am! I remember we were the earliest to arrived in school, gate sikul pun belum buka! And fetch us from school...he would wait for us in front of the school gate...that was before my mum "subscribed" a school bus for us...but my akung will always do the sending us to school job... His favourite words is "bladyfool (Bloodyfool), Bullshit!" I remember there was once a salesgirl went to Tanaki Residence, just as she walked passed the main gate, My Akung who was taking his rest in front of the house saw her, and quickly he shouted "Get out from here!" (while pointing the way out)...quickly and panic salesgirl turned around and vanished...lol...while me, still inside my Grandma's Kedai Runcit, laughed my head off...."kesian tu salesgirl"... Till then, I'll continue to blog about my Akung again...

Nine (9) Months Old Already!!! Yeay!! Well, she was 9 Months last week Thursday to be exact!

What has she achieved...hmm..lets see...she crawls everywhere, she'll waive 'bye bye' when we say 'bye bye', she is very inquisitive (well, EVERY BABIES ARE!), she had experienced the "ouch" and "bang" (yeah, she fell a lot!) the last was from our Dining table! (will explain later)...she don't really play with her toys, prefer to crawl out and play with the Cat and dog! (both me and hubs is not a pet lover, we don't own the cat and dog, but it belongs to hubs' aunt who lives next door)..other than that, she loves to crawl to the kitchen and do a "spot check" whether the floor is clean or not or whether there are "golds" coming out from the "lubang paip" ( I don't know what is the word, but will explain later)...she'll clap when we say clap and every time when she did a wonderful "job"...she stands with support, but recently she is trying to stand without support for few seconds, and she knows how to get down from bed all by herself, "turn, legs down, then bottom and hurray!" AND SHE LOVES DOING IT AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN! I force her to watch The Wiggles and Girly-ish cartoons! But she just won't do it! Maybe she just bored watching them...Books, she just started to flip and really "read" them yesterday! (according to the hubs!) *excited momma* *clap clap*

She still "nenen" my "susu" and formula feed, she eats what we are eating, but I will mash it 1st la...porridge, cereal, wholemeal bread, avocado, carrot, pumpkin, potato, chicken breast (mash), apple, grape, baby's biscuit, and lots more! Basically, she eats what we eat...and Thank God! No allergies so far...ooh ya, I fed her taufu fah for the 1st time last week, but she vomited after that, so I guess NO MORE TAUFU FAH for her...

Teeth, her two front bottom teeth has emerged recently! and we started the "brush your teeth" routine already...and she loves it! Other than that, splashing water during her bath is normal...

Hurmm...what else....well, I guess that is it for now...because this momma here is "brain dead" already...

With the recent Nature Disaster happened in Japan, I am having all these NOT nice feeling...and the Movie 2012 kept on coming into my brain! I've watched it again last Friday night!! Gosh! It is just surreal!

I don't know about you readers, but like me...working near the Coastal Area...it can happen anytime man! I don't think I have enough time to go home! Just like the footage of the Earthquake in Japan! I can only sit and stay in the office...well, of coz I won't be sitting on my desk waiting for the building to collapse or what...maybe I will call my family members to make sure they are on higher ground etc...goshh!! If this ever happen in Sabah, Malaysia...this is just so UNIMAGINABLE!

I don't know How will the Government react! S-L-O-W? Our Gov. 'is not well prepared for this kind of Disaster'! We might just need to help each other and ourselves...

I never blame God for the Nature Disaster...because this is not the Act of God...God is all about love and compasion, how would He wants to Kill His own Children...this is just the Changes of the Globe (?) I guess....

So here...I am praying to all the lives that had lost in Japan, Rest In Peace my Dear Brothers and Sisters , and to the people of Japan, God bless you all...and stay strong because there is always a rainbow after the rain...Amen....

Okay I shall close the News and use it as Nasi Lemak Wrap....I've been emotionally disturbed these few days....Pray for her Happiness and New Found Religion...(bukan saudara pun....kuaakkkk puiii!)

And now back to my topic......DAYCARE!! YESSSSSS!! DAYCARE!!!! Willow will start her DayCare soon...Because I am just a type who don't like to trouble anyone...MIL is getting busy with her orders, can't depend on her anymore....Willow must be sent to Daycare now...well, we probably will send her on weekdays only, because I am not working on Saturday...and We can't afford to hire an Amah now, as they demanded higher pay this time compare to previous years...better still, we opt for daycare...

Anyhow, mum is coming home for good next year, and will work at with 1 Nursing College in KK, so probably Willow will only spend half day in Daycare, and mum will take care of her after that...but, we will see how it turns out later...

Now I am Day Care Hunting!! Teda lah bah day care yg menusuk hati di KK nie....the only daycare I found tip top is this day care kk!! I would love if there is a DAYCARE! like this....huarrrggghh!! I can stay there and sleep while my baby being taken care of!

Smokers!! Please keep your distance with Non-smokers!! Pleasssseee!!! Especially Pregnant Ladies and the Young ones eg: babies, toddlers and kids.

I have had enough with all you SMOKING PEOPLE! Me and my family (we are a non smoking family - my mum, brothers, sister, hubby and me and also the kids of course!) We were at this restaurant somewhere in KK (open air restaurant), having a nice dinner...when this family (with kids!) next to our table, the father was smoking at that time, and the smoke from his ciggy was all over the place, our table and their table were so close, so you can imagine how much smoke we are inhaling! My sister was quite brave enough to talked out loud, "haiya! ada budak sini pun mau merokok ka! teda otak!" *sambil halau2 'asap'* then the man realized it, quickly he finished his smoking ciggy session and eat his dinner! LOL! ~ jadi apa kau rasa?? oren??

Hubby once told me, "saya tdk mau org merokok cium2 si Willow"...~ me? ok! Noted! But its hard to tell a smoker to NOT kiss my cute Willow rite? =_=

So what I do is, try to stay away from smoker...polite? NO! *sigh*...

So if you smokers still don't know what will we The Secondhand Smoker will suffer from your "exhaled smokes" read here ...and use your brain to think again!

Here it goes...

I've been calling this firm since last year!!! I even wrote an official letter to them to undertake some documents so that I can do my job! But THIS LADY who is in charge of that whole project been treating me like a B.I.T.C.H!!! Fcuk HER!! Even some of the Purchasers are complaining about her!! Even our Client also complaint about her!! And SHE said...."I am overly busy and I don't have time to Talk NICELY!" fCUK You Bitch! (according to our Client, SHE IS A FAT LADY!) Well, I guess her Diet Programme didn't turn out good! Disclaimer: Not all Fat Lady is Bad.

Buuuuuttttt!! She is a TWAT!!!

I am NOT done with her! Today I made a call to her again, demanding for the Documents, and she promised she will fax to me...BUT with a very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL way of speaking! And last week, I made a call to her, she was trying to avoid me! And her colleague gave me a lot of excuses eg; she is in the washroom, on the phone, in a discussion (for like 1 whole day), with a client, bla bla bla...SOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL!

I hope this is the last piece of case I will deal with that Firm! Disclaimer: I don't hate that firm, just that piece of Bitch Shithead!

ANDDDD!! ALSOOOO!!! Today!! In the year of 2011!!! I've made a Not-so-big Splurge!! I bought my 1st Mei's Mei Tai (2nd hand).....NICE OONNEEE!!! From MBW FSOT! AND ALLLLSSOOOOO!!!! A Hotslings Pouch (3rd Owner) So, I guess...No more visiting FSOT after this....nanti saya pengsan!

Willow is growing fast!! She is now entering the crawling phase....hmm....she fell down from the bed twice last year! TWICE!! *ouch*! She still sosop my Breast and drinks Mamex...she loves the Laptop and Hand phone! Read books and sometimes eats them! Suck her fingers! Loves to eat pumpkin, potato, papaya and carrot! Mummy tried giving her mango, but she hated them! She Loves watching The Wiggles and Peppa Pig! She loves the Kangaroo song! AND She climbs up her Cot, and open the Drawers! Don't really fancy her toys...*sigh*...but she loves the colourful wire2 educational toy (don't really know the correct name)...she doesn't know the meaning of Strangers, she would just let them carry her...

In 2 weeks time! My Oma and Sister and my niece (and just after CNY my BIL) will be here in KK, Sabah, Malaysia!!! woohoo!! super-excited!! Bos, can I apply for long leaves? hmmm....

After my delivery, my weight was arnd 64kg...I was struggling to get "rid" of those "excess baggage"....and I even bought dieting supplements which cost a "bomb"...(it really worked thou...and I've lost 3kgs in a week!!) despite still actively breastfeeding my daughter....

But then I was struck by "lightning"...."How could you be so selfish!??? Your baby still needs that nutritious milk!! You Dumb dumb!!"
Okay Okay!! Fine!! I know that she still loves that "susu tangau", and prefers that fine boobies especially at night and every time during nap and bedtime! WHENEVER I AM AT HOME!

So, today saya "angkat sumpah" to reduce my dieting program...and EAT! so far I've lost 14KGS!! Happy NOT! =_=" Okay! Happy BAHHHH!!

People said, breastfeeding helps to lose weight...but not for some Mommas I guess...

and..."Erin Gray! You are lucky to be able to breastfeed your baby! Even You don't pump your milk in the office! And still got Milk in your Boobies! You dumb Mommaa!!!"

Thou am not Breastfeeding exclusively, but....the boobies still got milk what...so chayo chayo...

Recently joined the MBW and so thrilled to find out that there are so many carriers type and designs available!! fuuhhh!! A-W-E-S-O-M-E!!!

honestly! I am still a newbie in Baby wearing...my 1st carrier is this ring sling from Kasihku Sayangku...quite cheap..less than RM100..only started to wear this when baby reached 2 months old ++...but in T2T with legs out position...until now I don't know how to cradle hold... =_="...

Kangaroo carry is cute!! I tried it, bt didn't took picture of it. Lupa!! Willow loves it!! How I know she loves it? well, she was all smiling and didn't cried!

My second carrier is Soft Structured Carrier from LittlePods!

erkk! I covered her with kain bcuz sejuk bah..and she was only wearing short romper...my bad!

I love this SSC, so comfy! but I got sweaty when wearing it outside non-air conditioned place...

My third carrier is my own handmade Pouch!

I love the fabric design...bt not the type of fabric..It is a Japanese Cotton (well, that was what the sales man told me! AND it became loose after wore it few times..duuhhh)

Helllllooooo blooggg! Yes! Hello!

Been busy lately...with works, baby annnnnddddd I SEWED A POUCH SLING! HOORRAAAYYY!! Well, this was my 1st sewing project...another project is still waiting for me..all pattern had been cut..but i am still struggling to find my time to continue with the sewing part...*sigh* Dear Time, where are you?

But, for my pouch sling, fabric wise, hmm! I need to look for a better fabric! Bought these fabric at Kamdar and it says 100% cotton! But it still stretches everyday! and it is getting loose!! I even pre-wash it before the sewing...I only need 99% cotton and 1% of Lycra blend...shiieeettt!! Maybe I should bought the fabric which were meant for curtains!!

okay nuf said! here is the pouch!! taaaddaaaa!!

okay..for the past few days, i have been imagining, planning and thinking...God gave me 2 hands, there must be something that i should do for it...i love crafting...but never have the time to fullfill my passion....i love the sewing machine (remember ERT, kemahiran hidup)...but never actually dare to touch 1....so i have been browsing through google,etsy, tutorials, and youtubing...and i wanted to give it a go! bought some dress patterns from etsy...which is quite easy to follow...and i am giving it a try...at the mean time, i can borrow my MIL's sewing machine...until i can talk to my mum to buy me 1...(for my christmas present... :( ....

so this weekend, am gonna go to kamdar, and buy some tulle and some lovely fabric of my choice....gonna make tutu and pouch sling for willow...wish me luck! xoxo....

p/s: still keeping an eye for the brother sewing machine...hmmm....

today I woke up late (duuhh! as usual!)....Thank you to my bossess that there is NO DRESS CODE in the office....mandi kerbau, tapi sempat jg cuci rambut la....grab my dress, put on my Corset (yes, I have to...my tum2 still bulging), switch on my bubba's sterilizers, make her milk, gave the milk to hubby, grab my beg, pakai my flip flops, heat the car trus cabut....nasib bulih pakai flip flops pigi ofis....what I didn't mention here is that I DON'T PUT ON MAKE UP! Did I forgot to type in? NO...I obviously seldom put on make up...because I just hate wasting time adjusting my skin tone, the eyecolour, kening2, blusher etc....Even if I have time to colour my face, I will not do it...but I will colour my face when the "I WANNA LOOK COLOURFUL" feeling comes....LOL...

AND I thank my descendants that I have fine skin tone....BUT not the KEPENDEKAN...

she laughs and smile and makes coo coo sounds when I talk to her as if she is replying to every words that I said to her...(yeah! finally she response to me!)

she poop once a day sometimes twice a day...

she drinks Enfalac A+ and she also indulges herself with Momma's breastmilk...

she loves the bath time...

but don't disturb her when she is sleepy or else you'll get scream at...

she wears Shee Shee most of the time...but Momma loves it when she wears Mamy Poko (Winnie the Pooh bah...)

she would watch the TV without blinking her eyes and would be excited if Daddy plays her music...

she can lift her head when she is on her tummy...and sometimes tries to roll over but she still strugling...one day baby, one day...

on top of all...Momma and Daddy loves You...

Here I am blogging again from the office...nothing to do... *sigh* ... and reading through my old posts, suddenly clicked HERE ...and tears started flowing down my "rosy cheek" (hehhee) ... and I realised that I really miss my Sister AGAIN! wth!!

And hurriedly I typed http://www.airasia.com/ and http://www.jetstar.com/ to look for cheap flights...and started scribbling on my DIY notebook....calculate and planning...*ting tong ting tong*....and I really need to make it happen....I need to start saving for me and willow...(laki byr sendiri) ... I promised myself to travel to down under in 2 years time, by that time, Willow will be 2 years old...and now I am crossing my fingerss that AA will have another promotion....zero fare perhaps?

Maybe you are wondering why do I always miss my sister and not my mum (well, both of them are in oversea)..my answer to you is, my mum always comes home twice a year whilst my sister, once in a blue moon....so that what makes the difference...of cz we will always on msn, skype and facebook for updates and all but still it makes lots of difference...geezz, you know what I meant...

I am going to save every pennies I have to make this dream come true....*kappoosshh*...

My losing weight journey....

well, according to my BMI, I am still under the healthy radar....24.5...not overweight nor obese...but I am still ROUND like a BALL! Weighted myself this morning...still 55kg!

During my pregnancy, I was 68kg... baby was 4kg, my placenta, water etc (i have no idea how many kgs was it..lol..) so I lost a total of 13kg! at least I lost some of the extra weight on me...

Now at 55kg, I am eager to lose it back to my pre pregnancy weight...just like below picture...that was when I was in my happily 44kg! ahhh....so in total, I need to lose 11kg! It is going to be a SUPER DUPER HARD ASS WORK!!

I still have my maybodyline package waiting for me...but I am so lazy ass to go for "treatment"...waiting inside a "container" dozing off like a fat lady! (container is a sauna box, well, it looks like a box to me thou...Lol)

I still have my bulging tummy and both my thigh are so HUGE! ooohhh gosh! and today...I promise myself to start on my healthy diet...not only me...but both me and yopuu! (he is getting fatty too and he is worry about that!)

But I cannot go on a diet if I am breastfeeding right? I know that when you breastfeed, you will burn a total of 600 calories a day (for exclusive and partial breastfeed mums)...and according to google, it takes a year to lose that baby weight! (wat the???)

so okay...I'll pass the dieting agenda...I'll only eat healthy diet...puff!

for 9 months you have carried a Human inside you! And you still willing to discard them like that? I wonder, what will they feel when they watch this video and saw their "dead baby" in this video! gosh!!! I just can't imagine how! "you are about to give birth in a room, toilet, etc (wherever you are at that time), out came a baby, a Human! for God's sake! crying, tiny little fingers and toes! and without sympathy, you threw them into the nearest bin you can find or roadside or toilet bowl! muthafaka!" why don't you just send them to the nearest Kebajikan's door step, complete with some clothes on and cover them...THOUSANDs OF couples are just waiting in line to accept them with an open heart!

There are shelters for unwed teen okay! THERE ARE!! So don't be afraid if you are in this kind of "trouble"...SEEK HELP! You've made a mistake, so? God is a Forgiver...just be lucky that you are not barren!

My Breastfeeding Journey....

....well, I wish and hope I can breastfeed my baby for as long as I am still "producing"....but, I am not breasfeeding 100% (50% Formula feed and 50% breastfeed)...

I only breastfeed exclusively during the 1 month confinement and started introducing formula in the 2nd month until now and breastfeed as well...now that I am back to work, I did express my milk, but only able to do it 1 session only, you know la, how inconvenient it is to do in the office...but I will try my best to express twice when I am in the office...(Gambate!!!)

People said; Demand More, Produce More! Now that I've realised, I should have started Pumping since the 1st day....*sigh*...

But, I am still "proud" that I can get 3oz at 1 pumping session...at least something out of nothing right! There was once I got 4 oz, only God knows how happy I am! hahah...

This is my "pumping bag" hahaha..

Haaaahhhhh......its been awhile....now it is 11pm....yopuu and Willow are now in their own dreamland...and I am watching Salman Khan's oldies movie...atukoiiii! Punnnyaaa katat seluar, cap cap lg Yok dia....

It has been (almost) 2 months of my "holiday"...and I am going back to reality on 2nd Aug...enjoying my motherhood, and my routine totally (100%) change. And to be honest, I love being a full time housewife...LOL! (kain berlambak blm dilipat....) it is also very challenging, from doing the laundry, cooking cleaning and taking care of Willow...wow! Now I need that extra 24hours per day...hmmm!

Willow is now 6 weeks, and her attitude has now begun to show...she wants me to nap/sleep together with her...kalau tidak, poinlolou la si kawan...

anyway, I am still struggling to claim back my pre pregnancy weight...well, breastfeeding does help a bit...but the returning to work might be a problem...the "supply" is getting low...hmmp! But Willow has started on formula for top up...

ATM, my weight is 56kg, Pre pregnancy weight was 44kg....okay, not a long way to go...but I realized that THE MOST WANTED PART TO GET RID is the BUTT area...hmm...I'll see how it will go...

an easy job to become a mother....that was what my Oma used to tell us when we were still kiddo...and it really hit me now! *bang bang* =_=

starting next week, i will be "handling" Willow all by myself (and of course with Yopuu)...Oma will be going back to SA...hmm...wonder how I will cope with it...luckily MIL will be here to help around...and I am trying to eat "a lot" so that my BreastMilk is enough for Willow's high demand! yeah...she drinks a lot...I actually have a feeding routine for her, but since she was admitted to Likas for 3 days and 2 nights recently, everything changed!! Due to her jaundice, I have to force feeding...but Thank God, it was all over...(and she is totally traumatize by this up until now) - I wanted to blog about her being in the hospital (and me), but will blog about it later...

i am still worry about my "supply"...and was thinking to top up with formula, but i am still confuse which brand to use...i have Enfalac and Snow in hand with me now...we've tried Enfalac - rejected! Snow? hmm...we gave her few times before my "supply" came, but am not sure if she still wants it...now i am eyeing for Wyeth S 26 Gold, did "google" about it...and it seems that it is similar to Breast milk (nutritions same)...will try that next month (aits, ada lg ba next month...lol)

ANDDDD!! I can't believe that I will be going back to work Next Month! oh gosh!! I hope my boss can give me another month of unpaid leave....sigh....

Willow is finally here...

Born on 10th June 2010...

Birth weight at 4kg...

Long 50cm...

Via Spontaneous Vaginal Delivery...(Thank You Lord!!)

I was induced on 9th June 2010 at 6am in Hospital Likas and was in active labour at 2pm...sent in to the delivery room on 10th June 2010 and ARM was done as I was only 4cm dilated and induced again with Syntocinon at 10am...gave birth at 11.45am...by SRN Winia...and she was awesome!! Yopuu can't be with me in the delivery room bcuz he did not attend father friendly course, so my mum was with me during that moment...luckily all the staffs in the labour room are her ex-colleagues, so main hantam saja lah...no epidural at all, bcuz mum suggested not to...and Thank God I did not asked for it...it happened so fast and boom!! baby is out! sempat lagi sia dengar my mum and the nurse "gossiping" while my vajayjay kena repair...but all and all...everything went well...

Willow is now 2 weeks...and all she does is sleep, nenen, berak, kencing, make coo coo sounds, smile and sometimes she laughs! annd ooh..muntah! i tot breast fed babies tdk payah kasi burp?...hmm...so have to burp her after every feed but punya lah lama dia mau burp...

Willow and Oma...just 1 week and few days old...

Starting from next week, I'll be doing all by myself..which worry me a lot...I don't know how my Unnie can do it all by herself last time as my Oma was only few weeks with her in Sydney after she gave birth...and I will resume to work next month...was planning to ask for another month of unpaid leave, but we'll see how it goes...am still crossing my fingersss...

I've tried giving Willow EBM, Thank God she is drinking from the bottle...but yet to try Formula, because I know, my breastmilk alone can't satisfy her needs, because everytime I express, I will only get 2oz of milk for both breast...*sigh*...

The word "R" still playing inside my brain...but we'll see how it goes and with God's guidance and blessing, am sure there will be a "solution" to it....

Big Baby vs Small Mama

after reading lots of articles about Big baby but petite mum, well, this is how i searched - (google - big baby - can be born vaginally - 4' 11'' mum)...all of the articles that i read has the same answers "it is not about your height and size, it is about the size of your pelvic"....

this morning, i woke up and went to the toilet for pee pee...and i noticed that my belly was a bit lower than yesterday....usually when i sat on my toilet bowl, my breast will touch my belly, but this morning, i noticed that my breast was not touching the belly and got few gaps between the breast and the belly...then i asked yopuu if he noticed any difference on my belly..then he said..."hmm, mcm ada turun sikit"....

then, i asked my mum to palpate my belly....and she said, "mcm engage suda ni kepala dia nie.." because ada space suda sikit sini atas perut sia...lol...but still no discharge or whatsoever...only mild contraction...my next doctor visit will be on Tuesday (8th June)...hopefully the doctor will give me a good answer....kalau dia blang terpaksa ceaser jg, apa blh buat la...haiz...klu blh induce, sia mau cuba jg induce ni, but still depends how many CM(s) i've dilated la...and they will only allow 40+1 overdue...(adakah begitu pny kes??) i remember my sister was overdue 40+5days and the baby kluar jg sendiri...hmmmp.....i was so terified when doctor told me that I will have kena ceaser...sigh...tulah tlampau tgk youtube....skrg takut mcm tikus basah....

and when i told my sister about the ceaser news, sia2 sj kena marah...hmm...

went for my weekly review today annnndddd i've been told the most scariest Decision by my Obgyn....Willow's weight as at today is 3.2kg...and my height is 4'11"...so my Obgyn told me that i must have C-Sec or suffer complication "stuck baby" or "hours of labor and end up going into Emergency"...i have made my choice that is to be refered to Likas...i still want to stand on my own decision until past my EDD...i know God has His own plan with my delivery and i am sure He wil guide me through every process of natural delivery...i trust Him...

39 weeks update....

and still pregnant....

am so tired of being pregnant...Willow is moving and kicking as usual...but lesser...I've started my maternity leave on the 24th....and it has been a week I've stayed at home...well, nothing much to do, paid all the bills etc...went for window shopping, bought some stuffs, walked here, walked there, and still she is not engage yet...but all the cramping and backache is killing me, now I can't even stand on my feet for good damn 15minutes!!

Went for my weekly review last Thursday at Dr. K (because Dr. S was away)...He is quite an old Gunar, but very chatty...he even asked about my height, and when I told him I was 4'11", he showed me a very "cheeky smile with a "You can't deliver your baby through V" expression....hmmp!!

So as usual, climb up to the "examination table" (punya karas! plywood tomod!) palpate, and scan...and Dr. K said to me..."wow! you have a quite big pelvis, your baby's head is just resting on it, but not engaged yet, I'll say 66% you can deliver your baby by yourself, but you'll just have to wait for your contraction and labor.."

so...as I've heard his diagnosis, I should just continue with my daily routine of exercises...gym ball, walking, and squatting...

and on Thursday night, I had another false labor...as I had a very bad cramp on my lower abdomen, so I walked around the house compound after dinner hoping for "the true labor", but it just lasted for few minutes...hmmp...

Both me and yopuu are assuming that Willow is going to wait for her Grandma to come home then she'll come out...Well, have to wait another 2 days from now...sigh....

My Unni kept on sms-ing me "branak suda?"....

and now the loo is my BFF...not just pee pee but also "berak-ing"~~~~ my aunt told me "It is a sign!!"

C-section or V-birth....I don't care if I have to get episiotomy on my tuuttt....which I am sure I will get 1, because of my petite size....but definitely NOT C-Section....

so, Willow, please be in your best position so that Mamma can deliver you through my Vajayjay....lol....*and I don't care if my Vajayjay become damage or look fugly!*

and I went twice for my reviews last few weeks AND last week, Dr. S kept on saying Willow is Big...bt she only weights 2.4kg what! *by saying BIG means I can't deliver her through my Vajayjay is it Doc!??*

and this week will be my last week of working and i am off for my Maternity leave next week! yay! but am making sure that I WILL NOT just sit, sleep and eat during the whole waiting daysss....

can i say NO to C-Section if everything is perfect and no complications at all??? (except for breech presentation la) Yes! I can! But am still hoping for the best and God please hear me now!!

Lets us listen and ponder....when I'm feeling down and really upset on something, I'll listen to Hymn Song which will make me more relax and forgets all the bad things that are not worth to think about....well, to be honest, I listen to Hymns everyday...not only during the Sad Days of my life..it is not fair to only remember God when you are down...right!? ;)

Of All the Praise & Worship Singers/Groups...Hillsong is my Favourite!! They are Awesome!!!

Hopefully 1 day they will come here to perform LIVE!!! When my sister went/migrated to Sydney few years ago, I suggested her to attend the Hillsong's mass, and she did, and straight away told me about her experience...(hmmmppp!!!) My youngest Brother also attended their church service when he was in Sydney Last year....(envy!! hmmp) and he said he enjoyed it very much!!! jumping and singing! and praising! (hhmmmpppp)...well, KK do have church youth group that perform Praise and Worship Live sometimes, but I only attended it few years ago when I was still in the SHC English Choir Group...and we actually participated in the Concert during World Youth Day...well, that was feeeewwwww yearss agoooo....and I missed the Youth Day last year featuring Fr. Stan...but I will wait for the upcoming event (if any)...

This week is my last week of counting...(well, that what i read in some article) and next week will be my waiting weeks / days until Willow is born....

But what am worry here is...MY ITCHY SKIN...terrible!!! well, with the present weather in KK~~ summer malatup! ~~ the garu mengaru semakin menjadi...i got this article from babycentre.com...

Itchy Skin!!
It's normal to feel more itchy while you're pregnant. Your stretching skin is probably at least partly to blame. You may notice the itching most over your bump and breasts. - siok lagi tu garu2!!!

It's worth mentioning itching to your doctor or midwife, particularly if it's in one area of your body, or if you have a rash with it. - "errr...Doctor...is it normal if am feeling itchy all over my body?? i shower 3 times a day, bt still feel itchy..."

Try to cut back on:
warm baths or showers - ok..i'll cut back my warm shower...hmmm....
cleansing products that contain strong detergents or perfumes

This could be caused by a condition called polymorphic eruption of pregnancy (PEP). It sounds dramatic but, in fact, it's a common and harmless cause of itching with a rash. You're most likely to develop it in your final trimester. PEP seems to be related to how much your skin has had to stretch. It is likely to affect you if:
- you've put on a lot of weight during your pregnancy - TOTAL WEIGHT GAINED (20KG)!!

Can my itchiness harm my baby?
Your itchy skin will not affect your baby. However, rarely, severe itchiness in your third trimester can be a sign of a liver problem called obstetric cholestasis (OC). If you have OC, you will be intensely itchy over large areas of your body. Some of the symptoms make it different to every-day itching:
The itching often affects the palms of your hands and the soles of your feet.
The itching is often worse at night.
There is no rash.
You may also pass dark urine and pale-coloured stools. (RCOG 2007, RCOG 2006)

Went for my weekly review today..as usual, pee, weight (66kg) and check BP (reading 109)... but when I looked at my urine colour...i knew there is something wrong with it...

so went in to see Dr. S...then Dr. S told me...."ur urine ada kotor sikit, tak banyak minum air ka? mau minum air banyak2.." .... ok..i drank a lot of water for the past few weeks...but only last week, ada kurang skit...too much craving for soda... ok back to the check up...as usual, lay on the examination "table"...palpate a bit...Dr. S, "wahh so big!!" (the baby la)....check here check there, hear heartbeat....Dr. S: okey, everything is fine, just "standby"... heard the word "standby", my heart skipped a lot...lol....well, Willow's head is not engage yet, but almost (that what Dr. S told me la)...ALLMMOOOSSTTT!! Yahhooook! But Dr. S reminded me to continue monitoring Willow's movements and kicks...I've been doing that since her 1st kicks...my mum once told me, within 2 hours baby's movements must be in at least 10times....the clinic gave me a chart, for me to record the movements, but manalah ada masa mau tulis2 tu...so what i did was, just monitor her kicks within 2 hours, easy!

about my itchy skin, i managed to asked Dr. S about it..."Doctor, is it normal for the itchy skin, cz gatal la...breast area, tummy and my back.." Dr. S: yeah its normal, bcuz of ur water retention and ur skin stretching, don't worry.." - the answer is..: NORMAL...phewww....

Exactly 3 days from now...it will be our 1st year Wedding anniversary...9th May it is....actually we have 2 dates for our wedding day... LEGALLY, we were married on the 25th Feb last year...but our final solemnisation was on the 9th May last year....so, we made an agreement that our ACTUAL wedding date will be on the 9th May every year....

This post is going to be Jiwang to the Max....so please stop reading, if you suddenly feel want to vomit....or jump off the building....*kidding*....

Our first meeting was somewhere in November 2002, through my cousin Kz...he was a total stranger to me at that time...when i was about to go out to Tuaran to fetch Kz the crazy girl, i found out that my tyre punctured (nasib di rumah)...so i smsed her, told that i can't go to Tuaran...and me, i don't know how to change tyre bah...kesian jg...buka nat pun tia kuat....lol....and worse was....spare tyre teda angin....so she told me to call this guy..."nama dia koyoi, nama betul leon, dia keja di montis"...and she at the other side (desperate mau kluar dari daerah Tuaran), already informed this guy that there will be a girl is going to call him to fix the puncture tyre....but the call never been made...my cousin Maxwell came by to help me change instead....but the Journey to Tuaran also tdk jadi....But Kz did managed to escape from Daerah Tuaran on that day itself...by what, am not sure...tiba2 dia di KK...at that time, i was working part time with Promenade, usually off at 12 midnight everyday....so si Kz sanggup jg tunggu sia sampai habis kerja, minta ambi lagi di sna Damai Coffee shop...me at that time being single and jolly, Malam masi muda...so 12 midnight is like 12 noon...mata pun masi fresh...joined her and "the friends" la duduk cerita kopi...but for me her friends at that time are all strangers...i know some of them cz satu kampung..but few are strangers...then that was the 1st time meeting with si koyoi aka leon j....in my mind..."ooohhh..ni pula si koyoi...ceh, not my type!" .... b4 I even met her friends, I told my cousin, "napa kwn kamu suma mcm tdk gentleman nie, funny2 lg tu nama suma, mesti tia cute ni kan??" wakakak..not that they are super duper "selekeh"... cz that time i was on and off with someone...so it explained quite well, why i see all guys are "not my type"... but that on and off relationship didn't last long...only a week i guess...and My mata turun ke hati suda after meeting him on that night at Damai Coffee shop....Lesson of the day..: Don't judge a man by his name... lol....

And the flirting game begins right after that night....

Angels Cry

~ I love almost all Mariah C's songs...Especially "Bye Bye"...very meaningful indeed, and it touched deeply into my heart....

And at this moment...my grandfather is still at the hospital...on Sunday, my uncle called my bro, saying that He Is not doing well, and we should be prepared if anything happen...then I told my mum, who is in Jeddah at the moment...and she was so shocked, and called up my aunt who is in Likas sport complex at that time, waiting for her 2 daughters for their Tennis Training...and when she reached the hospital, my aunt is a very curios, alert and kepoh lady, and being her, she went on to being "bossy" about the oxygen tank...and when she looked at it, it was EMPTY! NO oxygen inside the tank!!! No wonder, my grandpa is having SOB! There was NO OXYGEN LEFT in the tank!! From noon until evening, he has been trying to breath on an empty tank! oohh gosh...

Well, if you have ever been to the hospital with the recent situation / condition of the ward...you should be able to imagine as you read this post...am not trying to be anti-gov. or complaint (ermm, i guess am complaining here...)...my grandpa is in the Male Ward in the old building in the hospital... i went there during his 1st admission, i nearly fainted..oh gosh...there was no air, congested, the ceiling fan (ohh gosh)....what happen to all the tax payers' RM?? Aren't it suppose to be used on all these facilities? Rather than buying that old bunk of "rosak Sub"??? (Now the sub is "relaxing" at Sepangar dock!) I know not only our hospital is having lack of facilities, there are some hospitals in the west are much more worse than ours....sigh...what is happening to my beloved country????

Will be going there this evening, i hope i don't faint this time....and hopefully there are some "changes" in the ward....

Better not to talk much about all these YB(s), Datuk(s), Tan Sri(s) 's craps and about the citizens' RM...I might kena C4!!

Stroller (XXX) Going for BabyWear!

After reading Joyce's post about Babywearing here... and absolutely Gorgeous designs...and it cost not more than rm200 la...(some la)....blh lagi sikut2 mcm tu odu2 sikut sinaging....and the stroller can buy later after Willow can walk...

doi gia...browsing through mamapatch and mykidsmomstore and jumspsacbaby .... makes me go rambang mata....lol....now at the office, have to go home 1st to measure me and yopuu....well both of us are petite, cuma body size tu ada beza sikit...tapi, tangan sia gatal mau beli sekarang jg...(sabar sabar....few more hours....)

sia mau yg ini... sma yg ini.... sma yg ini juga... yg ini semua cantik!! hmmm....

Stroller Hunting!

We went for Stroller hunting on Sunday...found few, but not in love with them...too bulky...and quite expensive....looking for 3 in 1 type, but baby car seat you can only use it up until 1 or 2 years then have to change to a toddler car seat (di sini punya standard la size la)....so might as well buy a 2nd hand for baby car seat rite? no?

So search online for stroller...found 1...very reasonable price...fell in love...not bulky...pink lagiii! then, told my sister...bla bla bla...then she told me...that is not 3 point harness....then she showed me 1 photo which is 5 point harness...me? what the heck is this 3 and 5 point harness....and as usual...go to my BFF..."google"....here check that out! perfect explanation....but i guess, the one that i choose, also almost 5 point bah...hmm...

But KK pny law tdk strict ba...not like overseas, MUST HAVE BABY CAR SEAT! OR ELSE, THEY WON'T ALLOW YOU TO GO HOME WITH YOUR NEWBORN WITHOUT CAR SEAT! Lidut saja ni sini....

and now...still contemplating, whether to buy the Pink or have to look for another 1.....hmmm.....

Recently 1 of my ex-school mate just gave birth...got the news from Yopuu (erk....the Husband is Yopuu's friend also)...she gave birth to a healthy and chubby bb boy....at 36 weeks and 5 days....

Last 2 weeks another friend gave birth earlier than she has expected...her due is suppose to be on 9th May....bt gave birth at 35 weeks gestation....and bb is healthy....

When I heard the good news....I said to Yopuu and myself...."sia pun mau branak cepat2 oooo".....then looked at my growing and heavy belly...."willow, come out fast, mama can't wait!"....

And when I posted my belly picture in FB...my sister commented on my picture..."wow! ko tgk perut kau! jatuh suda, mcm tlampau turun, mau branak suda...and 1.8kg ain't big ok!" (1.8kg she was talking bout the bb's weight) well, what can you expect a bb's weight to be at 32 weeks gestation, sista!! Me so shorty, and petite...bb oso small la....

Now, I am 33 weeks preggo....according to babycenter....at 33 weeks, mom will walk funny....and i've been walking funny since my 2nd trimester because of my backache....but after being massage by a Babu, i am walking normal again....then when I entered my 30 weeks, the funny walking started again until now....I feel like a :------

And when I can't get up from bed or sofa, and I need my Yopuu to help me to get up....I feel like a:------

And Willow's kicks has changed....from soft kicking style...to hard core kicking style...no more turning here and there...just hard kicks!! "hey, Woman!! Get me outta here!! I have no space to do my somersault! doncha know that!"

I know I can't complaint and I should enjoy my Pregnancy until the due day...LOL! But.....wattaheck!!!! This is the only way I want to "omong Kosong" and enjoy my "extra free time" at the office....but whoever is reading this post....don't be afraid to get pregnant....LOL....it is not as hard as you see in Youtube....LOL!!!! Try watching Vaginal Birth in Youtube....siok oo....and NO...I am not a pervert!!!

went to my weekly review today....(sayang my half day...sigh...bcuz i am back in the office at 9.40am suda...sialan...) and I was the 2nd patient to arrived....at 9am....as usual, pee pee, weight (62.9kg) and check BP...BP reading 104...(sia pun tetau apa maksud dia...if nurse diam2, normal la tu mangkali...)

told the nurse the 3D CD is full, then the nurse gave me the "weird" look....

Nurse: huh full???

Me: ya, sia cek full, last review pny scan teda di dlm, and i check full suda

Nurse: ermm...nnt ko tanya tu nurse di dlm la, dia blh cek tue

Me: ok.

after 10minutes, my name was called by the nurse...

as usual, baring di "examination table"....Doctor S. doing his job, palpate sikit2...then scan, check baby's growth....head, heart, long, tulang mulang etc....and he told me..."baby is 1.8 kg.." then scan for the 3D version...tukar transducer....wahhhh!! si Willow chubby suda...as usual, same pose...cuma ni kali tgn sna pipi...find the best image...then i saw the nurse used the same "CD Full" to save the photo....then i talked to the nurse...

Me: tu Cd suda full tue, blh cek ka tue, cz last review pny photo teda di dlm..

Nurse: full??? mana blh full...

Then Dr. S interrupt

Dr. S: why?

Nurse: she said the cd full. last review the photo is not in there...

Nurse looked at me and checked the CD...

Nurse: ini CD kotor ba, ada scratch tgk....mau jaga betul2 ni CD...

Dr. S: ooh its ok, after you deliver I'll save all the photos in a thumb drive, but I need new thumb drive...cz got virus if old one...

Me: ooh...ok....

bah...Doc, i'll keep that in mind kama!!! LOL....That CD cost me $100 kama..jaga....

last week Willow's weight was 1.7kg after 2 weeks, she weight 1.8kg...that mean she only gained about 0.1? and me...2 weeks ago my weight was 61.5 kg and today my weight is 62.9kg...i gained about 1.4kg!!!! atukoi!!

anyway....if Doctor Says Baby is fine...then its fine....I don't really want her to grow more than 3kg or more than what my Vajayjay can "cope" with...bcuz of my size (si kitut)...yes...i am aiming for Normal delivery!! her position is perfect! HEAD DOWN BABY!! and hopefully you'll stay in that position!! Mamaku bilang..."jangan slalu tungang!!"

been doing preggy bellie exercises and simple yoga, which I got from Youtube! sinang ba... and my sister sent me this DVD about baby's 1st language...newborn 1st language la...ada meaning pula dorg pny tangisan tue....this DVD also talks about Colic and reflux...so it is good to have it...

when everything is not under control, my yopuu is the last person to worry about...because he will always be the person we can count on...like fixing the lights, cars, toilets, locked doors etc etc...i can say, he is a multi skills Jantan....but what worries me the most is....if THE TIME COMES!

last week, as i was preparing for my maternity bag, i was doing my checklist and all that, checking what else shall i put inside the bag, he suddenly came in to the nursery room, and his face was like the picture below....

then he said to me.."apa ko buat nie?? jan ko kasi panik sia ahh, ko mau branak suda ka nie???? apa sia mau buat???"

me with my "????" look...."huh, sia prepare ja ba ni, nnt tdk sempat...jan la ko panik, klu sia mau branak suda pun, bkn trus kluar tu baby, masi lg sempat sia mandi, cuci rambut, pakai makeup.."

then....my mom told me to ready the bag inside the car, just in-case.....well, i've done with the bag actually....only my bag i haven't finish packing....i will bring 2 bags, 1 is for Willow and 1 for me....now am still looking for a nice PJ....her nursery almost done....but after re-checking my DONE list, i left 1 more most important stuff....Bottles!! belum lg sia beli....doii...and it is not even in my to buy list! lol....what was i thinking....hmm...maybe, i was thinking that, i will breastfeed for whole 3 months, then i should buy before my return to work....but when i think about it, i should buy now, just in case my Susu tdk keluar on time rite....and also infant formula milk....geeezzzz!

sure i won't do this to my yopuu...lol.....but...we'll see how it goes.....

EDIT AS @ 12TH APRIL 16.59PM: Was on MSN with my Super Strict Sister, and I told her that I need to buy Formula Milk just in case my susu gantung2 or colostrum langsung ZERO....and we debated on this issue....and this is her says during the whole conversation..."ish sot, if ko mau bfeed, jgn bagi formula mula2, once baby lahir, trus kasi sosop sana nenen, tu colostrum yg penting mau bg bb
sia teda bg Brook formula once she was born! noooooooooooooo!

u dnt understand, ya itu colostrum kuning paling byk vitamin,once bb keluar kasi saja sosop sana nenen, susu ko keluar in 3 days!!!"

then my mum interrupt the conversation....
"luv, jan la use formula...u just concentrate on breast feed dulu..."

so I lost in this debate...ok....No No...don't get me wrong, I am planning to BF full time, but that idea of buying formula is just for JUST IN CASE MATTER ONLY.....at this moment, my colostrum is not out yet, cuma yg cecair jernih putih sahaja....(i know it is still too early la, that is why i am a bit worry what if blm kluar kan until the bb is born....)

oh yeah...Brook is my niece, my sister's daughter....

31 Weeks...

Here I am at 31weeks...a bit Panas Hati!! Bcuz the 3D picture of si Willow TIDAK KANA SAVE!! dammit!!! cek cek cek tu CD FULL pula....tdk lg kana kastau ba kan!! shieett!!! So that means....we have to buy another "CD KUSUNG" which cost us about RM100....paiseh!

but we don't mind if the CD KUSUNG expensive la...the only thing that made us so upset was....last week's review, Willow gave her best pose bah!! haizzz!

Now my 'BIG' belly is making me difficult to sleep....I have to sleep on 1 side until half body cramp! And yes....Willow loves it when I am sleeping on the left side...so have to tahan for about 9 more weeks...."be patience...."

Yupe...this is me....well soon to be....THAT WAS ME!! lol...I will never be this 'FAT' again for about...hmm......let me see.....5, 6 years....hahahaha...will consider about implanol after the delivery.... >_<

at 31weeks, Willow weight about 1.7kg....but according to babycenter.com....1.7kg is for baby at 32 weeks...hmm...well, I hope I can give birth ASAP! ooohhh aku tak tahan lagi dengan keberatan ini!!

What to Put in Your Hospital Bag!???

Another 10 weeks to go....yeehaww! I can't wait to "poop" her out! Well, of coz it is going to be another "sleepless" nights when she is born, but that "sleepless" nights will be different I guess...

Been preparing my Hospital bag...buying stuffs for maternity...where to keep it...etc....so, I googled "WHAT TO PUT IN YOUR HOSPITAL BAG"....and I got this site here.. and here here

and all the stuffs as you deem necessary la...tdk jg payah mau ikut tu link....lol...too many, bgs bawa travelling bag!

but the most important stuff is ready charged camera! and camcorder! LOL...

Having a mum who worked as a midwife is such an advantage.....My mum have lots of midwifery books at home....but only 1 is my favourite.....

and I love the picture below...punya kiut tu baby punya drawing! Well, that 1 is palpation...my mum once did for me when she was back in KK...but too early to feel the baby, cz still small....now at 30weeks, yeap..surely can recognize the baby's body parts....hands, legs, buntut and head....but too bad, Oma is not here in kk...

bah..nnt malam sia mau suru Yopuu lukis gambar baby di perut sia....LOL...

29 Weeks....

Okay...time really flies!! And I am gracefully entering my 3rd trimester....fuuhhhh....

exactly after this week, I will have 10 more weeks to wait for the arrival...last review with Dr. S, Willow's head is in head down position, so kesian, she is so crowded in there already....bt she still kicking hard and tickle me sometimes....but, there was few times that I did not noticed her movements, and it made me panic for awhile....my sister told me that, if I want to feel her movements, drink cold water (not too much)...so I did that, and Thank God...she did moved and non-stop moving!! auch!

i've bought everything already, well, only the necessary stuffs la for newborn...my maternity bag is all set (punya awall!!!)

all newborn clothes, napkins, towels, bedsheet etc siap dicuci and her latex pillow and mattress, susah jg pakai latex ni, there are special washing instructions oo, bla bla bla....i've washed all of them TWICE....everything need to be washed twice b4 the newborn wears it....and especially the napkins, you need to wash it THREE TIMES....i wanted to go for cloth diaper....tp nantilah...i don't have Amah to help me to do the washing part....so, in the end pakai disposable diaper jg tue....napkins only use during my confinement period...becuz, I still can do the washing....after got back to work...sure don't have time tue...sigh...

exercise:- walking here and there...did squating exercise..oopss...pelvic floor exercise pandai lupa jg kadang2....paling sinang pny exercise yg paling pemalas mau buat...sigh...apa mau jadi nie!!!

Yopuu watched the birthing video (vaginal birth) in youtube...and asked me..."kanapa dia gunting tue???" "kanapa dia pigang tu kapala baby begitu??" "hah? mau jahit lg sna??" LOL! I don't know if he is brave enough to go into the labor room with me...I hope he is....

I can't stop from NOT clicking the Online BB clothing Shop!! geezzzzzzzz!! doiii gia.....mcm mn nie!! and now I've registered for the pay pal....and meaning...i can shop overseas ONLINE! well, ebay overseas lagi banyak pilihan....dannnggg!!!

Why Am I Addicted To Shopping?

Two reasons:
Either:
You feel bad (bored or anxious or angry or depressed or desperate etc) and the idea of shopping takes your mind off the 'bad' feeling so you go and shop. Often there is a 'good feeling' associated with the idea of shopping, and also whilst shopping, and often there isn't.

Or…

You feel good and you want to keep feeling 'on a high' and the idea of shopping makes you feel good so you go and shop.
Actually there is another reason…

You do it out of habit.
In fact, it's all habit, habituated automated patterns of thought that you have unwittingly learned. You don't need us to tell you of the potentially disastrous consequences of spending money you don't have because you have probably already experienced a number of these consequences for yourself.

Well, for me...my reason for being a part time shopaholic is the same as reason number 1! ANXIOUS!

Before I got pregnant, I used to shop for my own clothes, shoes and most of all HANDBAGS/BAGS/SLING BAGS!! and MY MOST FAVOURITE Bags among all is my Sling Bag...well, I don't have the picture now...I'll post up later when I have the time....It's actually a simple leather bag, black colour, no pattern aka blank...and the MOST expensive Sling bag I've ever bought! And I hate my luck...every time I bought new clothes, the old ones seems to know that they are old, and pandai rusak sendiri..damn!!! If not kena Nohian, kena air yg bertagar....it is high time that Sabah need clean water supplies!!! dammit! That is why...I HAVE TO add more stuffs to my wardrobe....and also automatically making me a SHOPAHOLIC...

My sister made me a headband...well, it is not exactly the same as what I blogged the other...but I've found a similar one in etsy (well, not 100% la, only the flower)... the one that I've found the other day was okay, but the only thing that I didn't buy it because the headband is not suitable for baby...rubber band ba then ada bunga kicil....takut sia tu kapala baby kesempitan...

so, my sister volunteered herself (sort of volunteer la) to make 1 for me....because she is an Etsy addict! and dia ada byk crafting stuffs for baby girl...eg: clips, tu crown (tetau apa nama dia), ribbon...and the lists goes on....

Thanks To Facebook! Yeah...everything is Facebook now! Especially when you have families in overseas....you need updates ASAP! Forget about the Airmail that we used to have last time...ooohhh...that was so yesterday! even email, we barely use these days except to forward emails!! and MSN! I even IM my colleagues in the office which are few steps away from my desk! Technology Technology! Internet Internet!

Below is my newborn cousin all the way in Gold Coast, Australia....the girl is my aunt 1st daughter....and look at her doing her TAI KA JIE's duty, she knows how to jaga her little brother already...she is 5 years old...and people said, it is good to have girl as your 1st child, because she can help around the house....so it is true i guess....my eldest sister used to jaga me when i was a little girl...at the age of 3, she knows how to prepare milk for me and feed me...ahh...it made me miss my Tai Ka Jie in Sydney....buuhhuuuu....blame her jodoh with orang putih....

ok back to the headband...do you remember when we were a teenager, we used to go to this Bits and Pieces shop @ Centre Point...they sell lots of DIY stuff, from earings, bangles, necklace etc...hmm..but it seems like they are not there anymore....sigh...but will try my best to find a shop similar to them so that I can buy the "tali"....and the Kanzashi (folded fabric flower pin)!! Maybe My MIL's sewing room have some extra fabric....

Our Decision is FINAL! We will name our baby girl

KELSEY WILLOW LJ JOIMOT...THAT'S IT!

When people asked us, "what you want to name your baby??" and we answered WILLOW....we got the "weird" "hmmm??" look from them....then they will ask, "Why?? What does it mean?"

Well, basically, Willow came from a tree named Willow Tree...I myself haven't seen one...LOL...

So, here is a photo for you to see....

According to Google, Willow Tree have several types, but the prettiest one is Weeping Willow.

Below is a bit scary...but I don't know what type of Willow Tree it is...

and the meaning of it is......(drum roll.......ceehhhhh...)

The girl's name Willow/wi(l)-low\ is pronounced WIL-oh. It is of English origin. Name of a slender and graceful wood tree. One of the TV reporter was named Willow Bay.

How was I fascinated with this name?? Well, I was reading a book written by Jodi Picoult - Handle With Care...and there it was....WAITING FOR ME....if you wanna know more about the book...go and buy for yourself.....LOL....

and then Kelsey....why Kelsey?? Well, at first we want our baby to have our Initials....but being me...who always will have 2nd thoughts...and after Convincing my Yopuu to name our baby Willow (which was totally my idea), and me for respecting him....My Yopuu's real name is Leon, but after googling the net, NONE of the baby girls' names that start with L fascinate me....and friends doesn't call him Leon in fact they go by his Kampung name...Koyoi....so I thought why not try "K"....there it is.....WAITING FOR ME AGAIN.....ahhhhh.....

Then....wujudlah Kelsey Willow....

LJ is Leon's and Late FIL's initials....Leon James....and JOIMOT is the family's name...we want to name her Kelsey Willow L. James, but my MIL wants us to put the family's name, so we go for Kelsey Willow LJ Joimot....that's it....

Our Willow has grown chubbier over the weeks! and Now I am 25weeks...time flies....and I weighed as at yesterday 57.4kg! Then the nurse said "wah, banyak juga kau naik oooo!!!" ya bah...sia tau ba tu...and now I am trying to control my Carbohydrate intake....tapi sia kuat makan ngok ngok...

When I thought It Strikes Again!

I've been feeling a bit upset for the past 1 week...it's not an ordinary upset or sad feeling...of cz, if you are sad, you know the main point of your "sad" reason right..bt in my case, i don't know what is the reason! it is like i am sad over NOTHING! i can't find the main point! I read books about pregnancy depression, and i've gotten some info about this...

Signs of depression can include but are not limited to:
a) An inability to enjoy life
b) Crying spells or tearfulness
c) Disrupted sleep (or sleeping too much)
d) Increased or decreased appetite
e) Decreased energy
f) Impaired concentration
g) Thoughts of suicide or not wanting to live
h) Low self-esteem
i) Loss of interest in things you once enjoyed
j) Anxiety
k)Feelings or guilt or worthlessness

ok, some of the signs really had to do with my present feeling...b, c, d, e, f and j....

PREVENTION:-

a) Let your family know how you are feeling
b) Join a support group
c) Exercise regularly
d) Get enough sleep
e) Eat well

i will try to follow the above steps to battle with this depression...

Now the nauseated feeling comes back again...and hopefully by drinking Glucose water it will help me to feel relax....

Poslaju change its name to PosLambat! Been waiting for my items from KL, which the seller couried to me on Saturday! and until now haven't receive the parcel yet! and when i checked the status on Pos Malaysia Web, on 1st Feb, the parcel already attempted for delivery at 10.11am! and i waited anxiously at the office (well, i used my office address, so i expected it to be "hari ini kirim, kemarin sampai!" - Samy's quote on Pos Laju) but until 5pm none. So the next day, i checked again the delivery status on Web, and it said "ADDRESSEE REQUESTED FOR LATER DELIVERY!" what! I never requested for later delivery! i never saw any posmen came to my office! where the heck did they got the idea of saying I REQUESTED FOR LATER DELIVERY! okay...nevermind, i'll wait again tomorrow...so on 2nd Feb, as usual, at the office waiting for delivery, because i've checked their web, and at 10am the status was "attempting for delivery"....and until 5pm! still no one came! and reached home, checked pos malaysia web, status "ADDRESSEE REQUESTED FOR LATER DELIVERY" AGAIN??!! wth! pandai2 ni pos laju buat alasan! damm!! I think they just don't take it seriously! then, rugi la byr tu charge on Pos Laju, when they deliver it Pos Lambat! bgs lg pakai normal post! same goes to my other courier! suppose to reach me on Tuesday 2nd Feb, check on the web, there it goes..the same ALASAN!

i remember my cousin Emelda once blog about this before...well, i never encounter that situation before with my bloglist "kawan" la...then, today...i intended to read one fler blog la...then, suddenly, that "fler" already kasi private dia...duuhhh...well, that "fler" is actually some1 i know also...but maybe that "fler" got their main reason or maybe they really wanna keep it as "personal"....if that blog is so damn "personal", then might as well, DON'T BLOG AT ALL! KEEP A DIARY AT HOME! SO THAT NO ONE CAN READ IT! No? If Artist sia paham jg la...kekekeke....maybe got secret recipes yg takut kena curi kali kan..like Coconut Puding sna siring jln Tuaran....LOL!

Been Cleaning and preparing Willow's crib yesterday....did all the washing etc....tu latex pny pillow sangatlah BAU! Bau organic yang melampau! and not forgetting the Mattress!! I need to figure out how to wash it! Too Many Instructions! Yopuu said "jan dlu buat tu, lama lagii!" wth! 4 months aint far darling!! By March i'm stepping in the 3rd trimester already!

and according to the experts..you need to wash all the baby's napkins, cloths etc twice before your newborn wears it! araso??

bought few rompers and mary jane socks online and from the shops...yaikkss!! watta cutie cutie little things! mum bought pink full bedding set, siap ada frills dia lg...cute juga!! and 4 tuala mandi! and 3 bibs! i am going GAGA!!

ANDDDDDDD....AT THE MOMENT...the soon to be Willow's crib still full of our Junks! yeah...we are Junkies!! Been asking yopuu to sort his junks out..but still, he thinks its still a long way to go...from the picture below...you can actually see how cramp the room looks at the moment! but this one is better than before...at least i got some of the junks out from there....the junks' cabinet still have lots of junks!! hahahaa....basikal pun sana!! astaga! NOTE: Bicycle for sale...very the ringan...used few times only...Why i bought it? Because i wanted to be a cyclist last time...but teda geng...lol...Bought at RM4K...selling at...ermm...RMdunno....

As at today...i've spent about few $$$ for Willow...including her nursery stuffs...(baby cot, changing table, beddings, mattress etc) luckily, Oma did bought some baby's stuffs from Saudi, jimat duit sikit la....and now waiting for Uni's delivery from Sydney...hmmm...lama suda sia tunggu ni parcel, tdk jg sampai2!

Bought some rompers and mary jane socks from online, tapi blm lg kena kirim, bcuz its a pre-order item, so have to be patience (sabar2)...Thank you For the INTERNET!! I've found cheaper mothercare's brand from the online shopping site! pheewww...mau gila jg ni!!

I haven't bought any dresses yet, bcuz i can't find a nice one...so that 1 i'll look in KK shop only...Little Me in City Mall and 1B do sell some nice dresses and other baby's stuffs, so will go and have a look sometime this week.

Yopuu will go to Kids Avenue when he got the Time to buy some toys or dolls or whatever is appropriate for newborn....(hmm...i wonder by what type of "toys" he meant when he said "toys"...)

Baby Willow...and I am a Girl!!

My recently visit to Dr. Sarva was last Saturday and my pregnancy is 21 weeks! Well, some couple would prefer to not know their baby's gender until the day they are born, but for me and Yopuu, we are eager to know it ASAP! Bcuz I am such a shopaholic! i can't stand not to buy all the cutie baby's stuffs!! But I knew our Willow is a girl even before Dr. S's visit recently, because Me being me, au koindad!! Went to Dr. Sharifah few weeks ago for the "peekaboo" i see you!

and Here is the 3D scan of our Willow....she was like on the phone or DJ'ing...according to her aunties! Well, few more months to go....and we can't wait for the parenthood! yeehawaw....

And I think I have few names in my list! fuuhhh...and I can't make up my mind! ooohhh.....

Did you know that your baby needs Tummy Time as part of a daily routine?

Although it is still early for me to blog about babies' development after birth...well, we must be 100% prepared for the new comers aite!? must have the on-hand knowledge mah, if not, how to take care of the newborn rite!? Example the good mattress, newborn pillow, cloth diaper or disposable diaper, pacifiers, the best bouncer/rocker etc etc etc....cewahhhhh!

Tummy Time Exercise is important for infant...here are the info from the net: read on momma...

Why is tummy time so important?

Tummy time helps babies strengthen their back muscles, which is one of the very first steps for optimal motor development. Although the back-to-sleep initiative has effectively reduced cases of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) by 40 percent, babies now miss out on approximately 12 to 15 hours of tummy time, which they used to get during sleep. As a result, many babies don't get the strengthening of the back and neck muscles they need, which can lead to or exacerbate an early motor delay.

Can/should I start tummy time with a newborn? What can I do?

You absolutely should start early, making it easier for your baby to accept being placed in this position. Obviously, with a new baby, you are concerned with the basics, such as feeding, sleeping, changing and bonding. You can't really "play" with a baby at this stage, so tummy time activities are centered around holding and soothing. A few tips:
: Start small: aim for a few minutes at a time, several times a day.
: Lay your baby tummy down across your lap to settle him down instead of holding him upright on your shoulder. Pat his bottom gently to calm him in this position.

: Enjoy some together time. Lie down and place your baby "tummy-to-tummy" or "tummy-to-chest."
: When carrying your baby around the house, carry her tummy-side down instead of upright

What should I do with a baby after 3 weeks?

As your baby reaches 3 weeks of age, she is beginning to recognize faces and sounds. This is the perfect time to begin to incorporate more tummy time into her day.
Babies love faces. Place your baby on her tummy and get down on the floor with her!
Voices are also great motivators. When your baby is on her tummy, talk or sing to her.
Change your position to encourage head movement. Position yourself in front of your baby to encourage head lifting, and to the sides to encourage head turning. If you see your baby prefers to hold his head turned to one side, try to do more activities to encourage head turning to the opposite side. If this is not changing and becomes the position of preference, bring this up with your pediatrician or health professional.
On the floor, roll up a small towel or receiving blanket and place it under your baby's chest and upper arms to prop him up. Get down on the floor and play with him, and scatter some toys near him to look at and reach for. Mirrors are particularly interesting, but Mom's or Dad's face is the most interesting of all.
Play "airplane." Fly baby around the room, tummy down.

How much tummy time should my baby get?

With newborns, aim for a couple of minutes a day, several times a day, in one of the tummy-down soothing or carrying positions. As your baby grows, slowly increase the amount of tummy time per day, aiming to get an hour total of tummy time by the end of three months. This shouldn't be all at once, but in short spurts throughout the day.

~ No matter the cause of SIDS, one thing is for sure: Without ample "tummy time," kids will not develop properly. A national survey of 400 pediatric physical and occupational therapists by the non-profit children's health advocacy group "Pathways Awareness" found that two-thirds of therapists reported increases in motor delays in infants who spend too much time on their backs. These delays can be: developmental (muscle and bone disorders), cognitive and organizational skills delays, eye-tracking problems, and behavioral issues to name some of complications that can arise.

~ One of the biggest problems is that it's not just when they're asleep that babies are being kept on their backs. It appears to be occurring all the time. New parents are now using car seats often that also serve as infant carriers, many of which fasten directly into strollers and swings without having to remove the baby from the seat. In other words, the new generation of babies is spending way too much time strapped into things that keep them on their backs. Little ones love to explore their environment. Without ample tummy time, this exploration process is becoming severely hindered, and so is their development as well.

~ Although many new parents are concerned often with just the basics, such as sleeping, eating, changing, and nurturing, babies need simple movements and changes of position too. Just holding and soothing a baby in different positions can help them get used to tummy time. Pathways Awareness has developed "Five Moves for Baby's First Workout," a guide that includes photos, tips and suggestions for integrating tummy time into an infant's day. They recommend babies start with tummy time for just a few minutes (or even just a few seconds) per day, eventually building up to an hour a day, in spurts throughout the day, by three months. Parents can visit (www.pathwaysawareness.org) for more information.

~ "Tummy Time Tools", which offers parents with ideas and activities to make sure a baby gets enough time on the tummy throughout the day, while awake and supervised. These activities include handling, carrying, diapering, positioning, feeding and playing with their baby.

~ A common recommendation is to reposition the child's head during sleeping (such as rotating the head away from the flattened or asymmetrical side). Also, periodic changes in the orientation of the baby to the room are suggested. For example, the baby's body or crib can be periodically turned to face the door at a different angle. This will require the baby to look away from the flattened side when they want to see parents or others in the room. Supervised tummy time is also used to prevent unwanted pressure on the back of a baby's head and helps a child to develop proper head and neck control.

The year of the Ox / Buffalo for me was not that "bad" afterall for me...well, i can't say there was no ups and downs...there were....but it still didn't made me "fall" or "gave up"...just that...my bills / debts will be pilling up until next year....lol...have to stop shopping...sigh...

Same as previous years, nothing much happened...the most happiest moment in 2009 was :
1) Got married
2) 2 Doctors told me that I have 3.5cm ovarian cyst
3) and ooh miracle do happen....and i got pregnant! and cyst walla!

another 4 more days to go for 2010....

New year's resolution? TO SETTLE THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT ON THAT CC!! sigh...bilalah mau abis byr nie.....

other than that...i can't wait to hold and cuddle my little Willow....

Been searching the net...i don't care if we are expecting a standing up pee pee or a sitting down pee pee baby....but now i am hunting for namessss!! at first we wanted our baby to be named bearing our initial like E or L or E as the 1st name and L as the 2nd name or the other way around...but i can't find a name that really captivate me...last week i bought a Jodi Picoult's book Handle with Care...the story is a about a little girl who suffered from OI named Willow...sweett...that name totally captivate me...so i went on to google the name....and it came out to be SLENDER AND GRACEFUL; A name of a Tree...Willow Tree...sounds nice huh....and it is actually a girl's name....but i think it should be okay for boys too...rite?

I've been 'eyeing' on this name for quite some time now..Kelsey, origin Irish, meaning : Brave. nice one....if we are expecting a girl...then we will name her...Kelsey Willow L. James....nice one....

and...if we are expecting a baby boy....Ethan, origin Hebrew, meaning: Strong. Constancy. so should sound like this Ethan Willow L. James....nice one...

well, it really do sounds like a girl's name, doesn't it?? Willow....hmmm....but now, we have been calling our unborn baby Willow...lol...

Willow wants daddy to take his shower now! Willow is so sleepy...Willow hates chicken...Willow is sleeping...these are the imaginations that we have since we don't know what Willow is doing inside the womb..lol...Whenever i feel lazy, i'll say Willow is lazy, and make Momma feeling lazy too...

and last week, i bought a Prenatal Heart Listener, and we've been talking with Willow like twice a week, and listen to the heartbeat, but still can't hear it clearly....according to the manual book, parents can only listen to the heartbeat sound in the 5th month of pregnancy..shittee..have to wait until next month....

baby's kick? hmm...i'm in my 16th week of pregnancy...i've felt some tickle tickle around my bump, but i am not sure if it's a quickening or not...it comes and goes...so have to be patience and wait for the movement...

why wife? it is not because i am a wife now...well, i am...as a wife and a working woman, it is really hard to have my own 'sweet time'...it is not the same before and after... (now i realized...sigh...)

well, here are my almost everyday routine, except, i don't go to the whatever markets everyday la, but only if i ran out of some groceries then, i have to...

after 8 fu**ing hours in the office, stuck in traffic jam for an hour, well, if i am lucky, only 45mins...not including the going to wet market, dry market and supermarket! and not including the going home time! reach home (sometimes at 6.30pm, 7pm, 6.15pm...well it depends, if no markets visit, i'll be home at 6pm) take out everything from the plastic bag (sorry i don't bring shopping bag to work, always forget), keep some into the fridge or freezer, prepare, cut, wash, slice, chop chop the ingredients for dinner, cook everything...depends how many dish and what type of dish we are having on that day...approximately 1hour, finish! Done! (finish everything sometime at 7.45pm, or b4 8pm) i am super fast in cooking! lol...

DINNER TIME....

SHOWER TIME....@ 8.30pm or 9pm....after that, clean my kitchen especially my gas stove! i love my gas stove so much, i clean it every night....

Read or watch some tv...10pm sleep...no time to do my home facial, like i used to do last time....sigh....no wonder my skin look so weird...

the next day...the same routine goes on and on....weekends, do house chores....and sleep..lmao! my friends may think that i am so sombong now after getting married....i wish i have a maid....and now, my laundry is piling up....and i haven't taken my shower yet.....i am so drop dead tired to even wash myself up....i need to do my home schedule!!! i am so unorganized ATM!

OHMY! and now i am expecting our lil. one..i must get back on track! next year i'll be a WIFE, MOTHER, AND A SLAVE!! oh great! I wish my mum is here.....

well, maybe women are destined to have these roles in their life....its called....GENERATION OF THE WOMEN!!!

What is Heartburn? see here ... at the moment, i am suffering from Heartburn...i am so stressed...feeling hungry, but can't eat...still wanted to eat, but feeling full...sigh...it has been going on since last month...my mum said that my pregnancy is so bad..sigh...1st month and 2nd month = morning sickness / nausea...3rd month till now = heartburn...ohhh geezzzz...but nothing can stop me...i am enjoying my every second, every minute, every hour, everyday, every week, and every month of pregnancy...YEAAHHHAA!! i tried to follow the few guidelines to avoid heartburn, but.....i can't...i am so damn hungry and tend to eat alot...and regretted after the heartburn attack...but i've changed my food intake schedule...eat alot during the day (with small portion)...and eat nothing at night, except for milk and some crackers la...because i realized that, the heartburn will become worse during night time and SOB will come too...so, the result is, CAN'T SLEEP!

and...i've started my preggie exercises with my excercise ball...and Preggi Bellies's DVD specially delivered by my Sister from Sydney....i am having fun with it! but was only recommended to do twice a week...

and yesterday i am exactly 14weeks! next review 26th December...happy pregnant Oma!!

Yesterday was my 3rd review with dr. sarva...ngam2 13weeks today...did ultrasound, and baby was kicking and jumping around...she/he even moved both hands and was acting like "yo! wazzup momma dadda! can u see me?yo!" lol...well, i can't feel baby's movement yet, have to wait maybe until next month...and the gender...geezz....next visit will be on 26th December (17weeks)...and during this time, maybe we will have our 1st 3d scan...i am super duper excited! and next year, i will receive my BIGGEST ADVANCE BIRTHDAY GIFT FROM GOD, PRAISE THE LORD! AMEN! my EDD will be on 6th June 2010...and my birthday is on 8th June...wonderful!

my physical pregnancy changes...hmm..1. oily face, 2. oily hair, 3. lots of hair on my stomach and even that "part", 4. ass getting bigger, 5. breast getting bigger. hmmm....my nose getting rounder...lmao!

wth! Christmas is not even here and i am talking about gong xi fa cai!?? yeah! bcuz i will be giving ANG POWS next year! sigh! totally not ready for it, but what to do...it is our tradition that all MARRIED COUPLES should give ang pow...and i have lots of cousins who are still unmarried! shiiittteeee!!!

Chinese new year falls on 14th February 2010, ngam2 valentine's day...so while you date, you will get the loud gong noise...tong tong chang, tong tong chang...wanna make out pun susah... lol...

well, it is not that bad at all, listing my UNMARRIED cousins and the lil. kiddos in our family....i got this figure:-

haha....luckily 2 of the ladies will receive their last angpow next year...bcuz according to chinese ol talks...you can only receive angpow until the age of 30 years old...hahaha...so i will give them extra la compare to the rest of the ADULTS! have to save some RM from now on....hahahah..i kid i kid...and it looks like, i cant wait for GONG XI FA CAI! ANG POW LAI LAI!

for christmas prep, hmm...we don't usually do exchanging gifts, if my Oma was here, she will definitely organize one nice christmas dinner...but it has been years we haven't celebrated christmas together with Oma and my Unni, but next year CNY, Oma is coming back home...yeay!

will discuss with my other cousins if they want to have christmas dinner at our family's home (my grandparents' house of cz) sian akung sma tua sia....teda geng dorg....lol....or maybe will bring my grandparents to go for a christmas dinner...hmmm....still looking / waiting for promenade's christmas dinner....usually they are the 1st hotel to announce christmas package...but now....mcm teda bunyi2 sj..or sia yg katak di bawah tempurung nie....

and yeah, do you believe that 2012 is the real end of the world?? Nostradamus's prediction, how accurate it is??? if true, i am so freaking scared now...i even dreamt about it...maybe i think too much about it la kan....sigh....

why do i think that my baby don't like chicken meat? okay...for the past few days...i have been dreaming about chickenssss! expired chicken meat! and a very bad bad dream about my baby....baby's foot looked like chick's foot!! TOUCH WOOD!!!! geezzzz...pls pls pls....God...DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN!!

and i went to 1 wedding last saturday...am not trying to be rude here....and i am not complaining that the food sucks or what...the foods was okay....but only the chicken tomato i guess...cz it taste like tomato sauce....i think they fried the chicken wings and add the tomato sauce...and when i eat it...the meat was so hard and when i looked at the meat...it was BLACK!! just like in my dream, where i dreamt about one whole grilled chicken...and the meat was black! BLACK! and what was that all about!??? yesterday, i went to my favourite lunch station at wawasan plaza...they cook quite nice ayam kicap, ayam potato, ayam rebus, sup ayam hing, and sup ayam herba...but when i looked at it, i feel like i wanted to throw up! so i guess baby don't like to eat chicken meat....but today...i made a mistake by choosing sup ayam herba for my lunch...and now at the office...i am feeling a bit uncomfortable....i wanna throw up....but i can't....sigh.....

next time..no more CHICKENSSSS for my baby!

my sister kept on reminding me to eat salad once a week or better if everyday...well, of cz healthy salad lah...vege salad...but actually i don't know how to make a nice nyum nyum vege salad...i only know how to make fruit salad...but lately...i am so lazy...zzzzz....

so today...after having my lunch, telur masak kacang panjang, ikan goreng and vege....i went to Giant supermarket in wawasan plaza, previously known as Parkson supermarket....they have this 1 corner at the entrance selling fried chicks, mee hoon, fried rice, roasted chicks etc etc...and 1 counter selling salads! yep...they have 4 types of salad...1. macaroni salad, 2. potato salad, 3. cabbage salad, 4. apple salad... i took the tapau container (very small)....and i choose the potato salad, looks yummy, and fresh! and i looked at the other choice, maco salad, "hmmm...looks yummy too" took another scoop....(container still got some space) apple salad?? "nahh, the apple looks yellow-ish"....turned to cabbage salad...ahha..."try this"...the lid almost tdk blh tutup...have to forced it...so paid it...went back to the office....hmmm...open it up....wahh..nice smell.....

1st bite, cabbage salad.."ewww! got black pepper taste!" 2nd bite, maco salad..."pny asam"!...3rd bite...potato salad..."aha!! yummy!!" so at the end..i only eat the potato salad...which happened the least amount i took! cisshhh!!! rugi! now only left cabbage and maco salad in my container....and looking and smelling at it..makes me wanna throw up! tulah...lain kali....ambi satu jenis saja....jan jadi tamaha!

i look at her picture everyday for 8 hours in my office! according to old wives tales, pregnant women should look at beautiful and babies' photos while pregnant. do you believe this? haha.

there are lots of myths and old wives tales others keep on telling me, dos and dont's...too many until i can't remember any of it...haha...the only thing i remember was...my granny told me the other day...."jangan ketawa abis hati"....this i believe la, cz you know the saying, what goes around, comes around...karma is always waiting for us...even JT has a song for this sayings... so i bet it is true!

nothing to blog about...just random stuff from my oh my oh story....

i am thinking to post up my dresses on ebay, bought the dresses from online supplier in china, but don't have the time to post it on ebay...i did my online shopping blog here, but i guess, ebay is more effective, bcuz people tend to log into ebay more frequently...i used to shop in ebay few years ago, but never sell item from ebay, but my sister does...she has been doing online business for the past 2 years from ebay and gumtree...and recently started to blog about her online boutique here ... but she is based in Sydney...but she ship worldwide... :)

i am thinking of doing something than online shopping...perhaps scrapbooking...i love to cut and paste cut and paste and all stuffs, but i couldn't find the time to do it...maybe i was too busy doing something...geezzz....i did went to signature bookstore and found the scrapbooking manual book and they also include some tools like ribbons, alphabetics cuts etc...but in small amount...and quite expensive....so i found a website which actually offer free print outs design! great! if you are interested to know about scrapbooking, please feel free to google it...scrapbooking for business oppurtunity? hmm...well, in western country, venturing into scrapbooking for business, yes. but in our country...hmmm....will have to do some research on it....

at the moment i am reading this book....very informative about pregnancy...especially what food is good and what is bad...though the words they used is a bit bitchy...but i like it! bcuz i've sworn in their bitchclaimer! lol! if you are not a bitch...then go find a real deal pregnancy book! hahaha....

and now i know that carbs have 2 types...good carbs and bad carbs...hmm...so false yet so true...white bread, rice is in the bad carbs category! sigh! good carbs are vege, fruits and all the natural foods lah....luckily i don't have sweet teeth...and i don't like sweety stuff...bcuz according to skinny bitches, it ain't good for babies....and growing fetus....water is still at the top of all....

and coffee too! so coffee is not natural antioxidant! duh! so better stay away from coffee for the rest of your life! and expecting oma should eat healthy for healthy baby...bcuz the bad foods that we eat will cause the baby's health...and rashes too, IT WAS FROM THE FOOD THAT WE EAT WHEN WE ARE EXPECTING! that totally can be avoided pula....now i know....

i haven't finish reading it yet...and they also include all the healthy foods...nice....

so, to all the preggers....go and look for this book....very informative....

'we' have been planning to transform our little computer room aka hubby's play room to baby's room....so, i am a bit excited to look for designs, ideas and stuffs on how the room will look like...we just painted the room in lavender colour, but i want the room to look more cosy, relax and cool....so, i'm planning to paint one part of the wall in cream colour...*sorry, i am not good in decorating especially choosing for wall colour*...lol....at the window area....hmmm...will think about that again later...

but now...we are looking for cabinet's design and changing table...well, there are lots of designs actually...and the changing table will only be used for few months only....when the baby get older...they won't need that..so here...we are thinking to do one that not only it will be use for changing table and also can be transform to a cabinet or drawer....*watever u call it*....

we are planning to custom made this cabinet/table from Hubby's friend who is a carpenter...worth it or not? i guess...worth it la..cz a bit cheaper is it? haha....

well...my confessionssss are....i think i am getting Rounder....Fat....too much Carbo! HAHAH

my office attires....i can't fit in most of them already! paiseh! i think my ass is getting bigger....even my pyjamas pun tdk muat suda! oh my...so fast i gain weight? is this normal??? i mean...i am just about 2 months preggy....last weight was 46.5kg...huh! ada lah 2 kg up....abis la sia nie....fatty bomm bomm!!

my diet didn't change drastically....just at the medium level...bcuz if i ate too much...i will eventually throw up again...so what is happening? hahaha...*bonus question ERIN! sot* but i am so afraid that i will gain to the unwanted level....haiz....i should only reach 55kg!! thats' it!! pronto!!! no less no more....

my sister sent me a DVD...EXERCISE DURING PREGNANCY....which will help me during labor, easy to lose weight after delivery, help my breathing, etc...lots of useful exercises....and i can start as early as 14weeks...and this also help for natural delivery...how nice...

and oohh...this morning, i had nasi goreng, and 1 set chicken wing...and during lunch...i ate another Sau Nyuk Kai Fan! carbo carbo carbo! tonight lagggiiiiii! hmmm...don't have any idea what is for dinner tonight....*mahan zou magansak!*

p/s: am still looking for maternity dresses....bought 2 already....but i think the other 1 i can only wear it until 4 or 5 months...cz a bit smaller...well, it is not a maternity dress anyway...just maxi dress...lol...

today (30th Oct. 2009) at 2.30pm went for my 1st official visit to gynae...Dr. Sarva/Dr. S....

well, as usual...BP check, weight *and I've gained!!! Oh my! 46.2kg!* how am i suppose to lose again after that???* but from an article....pregnant woman should gain 10 to 15 kg from actual weight...before i got pregnant, my weight is about 44.5kg...then for my pregnancy...i should gain until 54.5kg...ok....hmmmp.....enuf about the weight...cont.

went in to the consultation room....did the ultrasound....i was a bit nervous, bcuz i can't see anything....and there was no sound...only silence....*lil. voice in me: where is my baby?? i can't see it!!* hmmp....then suddenly....Dr. S switch on the volume....and i heard....."whosssshh whosshh whossshhh" (sumtin like dat la the sound) it beat so fast! *thats the heartbeat!* oh my! and all i can do is LAUGH! (laugh???) but anyway...i thank God for this miracle....Amen! then...took some blood...*auch* nasib tdk pengsan!

and i asked Dr. S if i can take the Spirulina..bt Dr. S said No No....and he gave me multivits...and about 3D scan...luckily they have the 3D scan...and it's quite cheap...RM100 for the cd....and each scan, have to bring the CD for them to update! how nice! i tot the 3D scan will cost about RM300...and i know its a bit too early to confirm which clinic you wanna have your delivery....but i don't wanna go to different gynae which i think its a bit mah fan...so i choose Dr. Sarva....and I have made my decision....

and...today i am officially 8 weeks! how awesome is that..all this time...i thought i am 6 weeks! bt according to Dr. S, i am in my 8weeks! fuhh! another 4 weeks to finish my 1st trimester! hahaha...*no wonder i feel bloated!* i am not be able to fit into my office attires anymore...especially my mini skirt! so does this mean i have to shop for maternity dresses now?? aiyo....luckily i am a petite one...can buy the maxi dresses but not maternity dresses in Parkson! Nicole have lots of maxi non maternity dresses....

p/s: i still can't sleep early....this is so bad! gambate!!!

I don't know...i've been watching his drama over and over again...Devil beside you and Why Why Love! and all I want for christmas is his other drama Hopping Delucia! with Hebe! *its a backdated drama actually, but i still want it!* i've been meaning to buy the VCD pack long time ago...but i don't wanna change my taste...i used to watch Him and Rainie together...its a bit weird when i watch him and hebe...but i wanna change my taste...he is an actor..so he can act with who he wants aite? but still...i still prefer him and rainie...hahaha....as if i am the director!!!

and from the 2 dramas he acted, he is such a GOOOOOODDDDD DAAAMMMNNNN kisser!! lucky rainie! hahahaha...

hubby has been complaining that i've watched the dramas too much....i can even remember their scripts! hah! even in the office..i can just look at his photo for 8hours! then come home watch the drama again! maybe, my baby will look like him eehhh?? hahahha....

our lil' miracle is now 5 weeks and 6 days...me? don't have the baby bump yet...but i feel somehow pregnant...*memang la bah kan, sot!*

this coming friday will be my hmmm...i would say the official gynae visit...whereas my weight, height, Blooooddd sample, urine, BP check and all the necessary stuffs will be done this coming friday with Dr. Sarva...and another ultrasound...Heartbeat! yeay! *some may say i am a bit over joy, overacting, i am telling the whole wide world i am pregnant!* well, for me..the good news should be told....for extra support...aite? i need people around me to give me words of strenghts...opinions...the do's & don'ts....the no eating foods...hmmp....

the morning sickness has reduce to medium level...nomore gastric, less vomit, but my appetite seems like going down the rock..but i am still trying to eat small portion at 5 meals a day...headache, yes..am still feeling it...so boring...last night, i dreamt about Dumpling! or Wo Tiea! sluurrrppp...haiyo....so mah fan...where can i get Wo Tiea in the middle of the night lar...so today evening, i must grab some...

my aunty asked me to sleep early...as early as 8.30pm..haiyo...another habit i must slowly take charge...i am not a sleep early human being..i usually sleep as early as 10pm...and as late as 1am...woke up as early as 6.30am or 7am (weekdays) and 9am or 10am on weekends...

and koyoi bought me Enfamum A+ (for preggers)...have to start to drink this milk from now on...and WE can't wait to shop for the baby stuffs and all...i've been surveying all the baby cot, stroller, high chair, bassinet, baby bather, and pweetttyyy cutttiiiieeee clothes and shoes!!! arrtgggghhh!!! as for the cot, we have our selected cot o'dy...and stroller *damn so expensive*...but still looking for the best one...Quinny?? Combi?? Macleran?? hmmmp....*angan angan mat jenin* +- will be spending for baby's stuffs....RM0,000.00!!! lol...

nomore nicey dress shopping for me...have to save up some RM for the baby...haiz...ohyeah..i can shop maternity dresses! yesh! hahahaha....

i am feeling sick..is this normal? I even asked my sister, what should i eat to reduce this sick feeling...i ate lemon...still not okay..she even asked me to drink ginger lemon (slices of ginger and lemon.) bt i hate ginger..i can't even enjoy my food...feels like everything i've swallowed still hanging at the end of my throat waiting to come out...my aunt asked me to take spirulina, but haven't got the time to go out and buy it.. *sigh*

today during lunch time...i slept in the office...don't have the mood to go out..even thou i was shivering in the office..(aircon tlampau kick)...but i just don't have the mood to go out...i only ate my left over sau mai & grapes and asam boi...then, si koyoi bawa pg dinner lamb chop...titiakan jg lah...lol...

i told my sister about my appetite decrease...abis kena cuci telinga...hmmm....

my kung kung still in the hospital...i don't like the hospital's environment....CONGESTED, CROWDED & STUFFY! apa pny hospital...sumore the construction just outside the building, so noisy...tambah lah org sakit...my kung kung entitled for a vip room...but the nurse said "teda suda vip room dik, semua patient di sini..likas kami tidak hantar!" watta!! apa pny hospital gini...but whatever it is...hopefully kung kung will be better tomorrow...
